These day of the dead skeleton wall hangings are the prefect decoration for Halloween or just because! 

On a 12” dowel and are 28” long. If they are too long you can always cut the bottom. I always attach a rope to hang but can always cut that off and hang straight from the dowel if you prefer it that way too.
