Ingredients
Apple pieces, Cloves, Honeybush, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Fennel, Orange, Calendula
Preparation
Hot Tea Brewing Method: Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of the loose leaf tea into a teabag and set in cup. Pour boiling water into the cup and let it steep for 4-7 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the more intense the flavour becomes. Pour into your cup.
Iced Tea Cold Steep Method: (For a 2 - 3L Pitcher) Fill the pitcher almost to the top with cold water. Place 2 - 3 tea bags in the pitcher and top up the pitcher with cold water. Place in fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight. Remove the pitcher from the fridge and discard the tea bags.
